For all our vests & lab coats, the embroidery will always be made at chest level.

The deadline to order embroidery for delivery before Christmas is December 14. All orders placed on or before that date will be shipped before December 19 and delivered in time for Christmas.

Orders ship from Canada with tracking. International shipping (France & Ireland): flat rate of 20 € per order, regardless of weight or size. Delivery times: Quebec 1–5 business days, rest of Canada 1–8 business days (may vary by season or destination).

30-day return window (excluding final sale items). Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. A fixed $8.99 return fee applies; exchanges are free in Canada. Original shipping fee ($6.99) is non-refundable. For France and Ireland, returns only, at customer’s expense, with tracked shipping required. Final sale items (sale, embroidered, or personalized) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Damaged, incorrect, or missing items must be reported within 10 days of the expected delivery date at orders@garde-malade.ca
