At Garde-Malade, we like to offer you new color choices! Therefore, we do not provide any returns in inventory other than our classics: Nautical Blue, Black and Charcoal. This way, you will be notified of the returns in inventory of old color or the arrival of new products. We cannot guarantee address changes if the order has already been placed. If you would like to check if it is still possible to change your delivery address, please send an email to email@example.com with your order number and updated delivery address. If the package has been shipped, please contact the distributor and ask them to update your shipping address.

The amount paid at checkout and the amount that appears on your invoice are non-negotiable. It is not possible to apply retroactive discounts to orders in process or that have been processed. Coupon codes and sitewide sales only apply to orders placed after the start date and before the coupon end date. The discount code must be entered during the checkout process, as it cannot be applied later.
At all times, our dispatch team does its best to process orders as quickly as possible. When your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking # to track your package. Delivery times may vary significantly depending on your location and the carrier. For Canada, the deadlines are of 1 to 8 working days, for the United States the deadlines are of 4 to 12 working days.
Shipping rates are set at $6.99. Shipping is free for all orders of $110 or more before taxes.
For items that can be returned according to our standard return policy and purchased between October 21 and December 31, 2022, we will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange until January 14, 2023. Items that are purchased in liquidation are final sales.
