Shipping Fees - Canada
- Free shipping in Canada for orders over 100 CAD (before taxes).
- For orders under 100 CAD, shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.
Carriers used: FedEx, Livrapide & Canada Post.

Delivery Times
- Quebec: 1 to 5 business days
- Rest of Canada: 1 to 8 business days
Print-on-demand items are produced especially for you once your order is placed, helping to reduce waste and support a more sustainable production process. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for production and delivery. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination and time of year.

Shipping Details
- Orders are shipped from our logistics center in Canada.
- A tracking number will be sent to you by email once the shipment is made.
- Tracking your shipment is the customer's responsibility.
Issues with Your Order
If you encounter any problem (package not received, damaged, error), please contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date at orders@garde-malade.ca.
After this period, it may no longer be possible to open a case with the carrier.
