No, final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This includes embroidered or personalized clothing, sale items, and any item marked as final sale.
We offer a 30-day return policy for orders in Canada (excluding final sale items). You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
Your item must be in new condition—unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in its original packaging. It should be free of animal hair, odors, or wear, and you’ll need your order number to proceed.
A fixed fee of $8.99 will be deducted from your refund for returns. Exchanges are free of charge. Please note that original shipping fees ($6.99) are non-refundable, and unauthorized returns may be refused.

Returns are inspected within 1 to 2 weeks. Once completed, refunds are processed within 2 to 5 business days. During peak periods, processing times may take up to 7 business days.
