Final Sale – Products
Please note that final sale items are neither exchangeable nor refundable. This includes embroidered or personalized clothing, sale items, or any item clearly marked as final sale.
Return Policy – 30 Days - Canada
At Garde-Malade, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return policy (excluding final sale items). You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
✅ Eligibility Conditions for Return:
- New, unworn, unwashed product, in original packaging
- Tags attached
- No animal hair, odors, or signs of wear
- Order number required
Return: A fixed fee of $8.99 will be deducted from your refund.
Exchange: No return fee.
Please note: In the case of a return without an exchange, the original $6.99 shipping fee is non-refundable.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Garde-Malade reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
International Returns - France and Ireland
For international orders, exchanges are not available. Only returns are possible, at the customer's expense. Please use a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered parcels.
How to Make a Return
- Contact us at orders@garde-malade.ca with your order number and items to return.
- Receive a PR code within 24 to 48 hours.
- Pack your items and go to Canada Post with your PR code.
Keep your tracking number. No refund will be issued without proof of shipment.
Product Exchanges
For an exchange, please contact orders@garde-malade.ca. Follow the same steps as for a return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Report any issue within 7 days of receipt to orders@garde-malade.ca with photos and your order number. We will replace your item at no additional cost.
Return Processing Times
Returns are inspected within 1 to 2 weeks. Refunds are processed 2 to 5 business days after the return is completed. During peak periods, processing may take up to 7 business days.
